Leading with Purpose, Grounded in Science, Driven by Equity
As an executive coach and strategist, my goal is to help you understand your strengths, clarify your direction, and create a path to lead with confidence, purpose, and lasting impact.
I’m Dr. Sylvia Bartley, a neuroscientist, executive coach, and equity advocate committed to helping people lead with clarity, purpose, and authenticity. With over 30 years of experience across healthcare, education, philanthropy, and strategy, I’ve led global initiatives, advised top leaders, and worked to dismantle systemic barriers in underserved communities. I serve as Chief of Staff for Strategy and Transformation at Morehouse School of Medicine, where I help shape institutional change rooted in equity and innovation. As a certified executive coach, I partner with emerging and established leaders to deepen self-awareness, strengthen leadership capacity, and navigate complexity with confidence. My work integrates neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and strategic insight to support growth at every level. I’m also the author of Turning the Tide, a book that blends science and spirituality to explore emotional well-being and resilience. Whether I’m coaching one-on-one, speaking on stage, or serving in the community, my purpose remains the same: to help people grow into who they are and create a world where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
